Mr. Frank Liu has over 30 years of experience in banking, securities and mutual fund industries. He is the Founder and was CEO of Franklin Templeton Securities Investment Consulting (SinoAm) Inc., founded in 1989. He also founded Franklin Templeton SinoAm Securities Investment Management Inc. in 2002. Mr. Liu joined Franklin Templeton Investments Group (“FTI”) in 1988 and was appointed as chief representative in China in October 1997.

In 2005, Mr. Liu founded JIFU Investments, and together with Mr. Charles Johnson, former co-president of Franklin Resources, Inc. (NYSE: “BEN”) co-founded TCCMI, focusing on private equity investments in financial services, clean energy, healthcare, eco-agriculture and fintech.
